Gua Bao (Pork Belly Bao Buns).
Since the first the lockdown, we weren’t able to go to London for our food hunting or meet friends. Every time we take train from London Bridge, we will go to Bao restaurant at borough market.
I found these soft fluffy Bao buns from @marksandspencer last year and I am so pleased with them!!!
I will make my mum’s signature tender sticky pork belly the day before. Next day, all I need to do just simply steam the buns and stuffed with sliced pork belly and cucumber.
Not classic combinations for Guo Bao but we are all super happy with them!!!

年底的日子，往年都是我們回臺灣的時候。今年回不去了，但臺灣胃倒是蠢蠢欲動啊。
生活還是正常運作的時候，每回進倫敦城，總不忘在搭火車前，散步到borough markets 的 @bao_london 去點一份掛包，吃完再回家。
去年封城之後，在超市買到了一份五個的掛包皮，超開心！
雖然個頭小小一個，但蒸好後皮鬆軟好吃，很方便！我們家通常都是自己滷一鍋五花肉，吃的時候簡單的夾上小黃瓜絲，簡單吃也很美味！
